How we handle your insurance
When you call or book online, we ask for your insurance details and verify them with your plan before your appointment. At the visit, we know exactly what your plan covers, what your remaining annual maximum is, and what your real out-of-pocket will be. You never get a surprise bill three weeks later.
We submit claims directly to your insurance the same day as your visit. Most patients only pay their co-pay or coinsurance at the time of service; we bill insurance for the rest.
